Slow Cooker Beef Curry
This beef curry was absolutely divine. I had it in my slowcooker this afternoon and it was definitely worth the wait! My little lady had 3 servings! So all around a winner! Because it's slow cooked, you can pretty much opt for any cut of beef to save some pennies. I opted for a diced beef packet from Lidl which was nice and cheap and it worked perfectly! This would comfortably feed 4. We have some left over, I'd say 2 adults and 2 littles with plenty of leftovers! I served ours with basmati rice and green beans.
