Sesame Glaze
This sesame glazed salmon was absolutely delicious! I served it with rice and broccoli, cooking the broccoli on the tray with the salmon. I understand salmon can be a bit pricey, my local supermarket had an offer on which allowed me to comfortably afford some. This recipe is completely interchangeable and can use chicken, pork chops, frozen fish fillets, pretty much what you desire! Ginger & garlic paste is something I recently discovered, often found in world food isles and cheap as chips. Glaze 1 tsp garlic & ginger paste 3 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce 2 tsp maple syrup Dash of lime juice Simply mix this glaze all together and comfortably pour all over your chosen protein and broccoli. I popped ours in the oven for 20-25mins until the fish was probing above 75⁰c and the broccoli had softened.
